We provide both Tenant Find only and Full Property Management Services. Our fees and services vary depending upon our clients’ properties and needs. As of October 2008 every residential property that is to be marketed for letting must have an Energy Performance Certificate. We can arrange these via a third party at a cost of £75 +VAT. If you would like more information on EPC’s please contact us via the link below.

We are full members of the The Property Ombudsman, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS).
