Administration Fee
Our Administration Fees can vary depending on the type of property and the number of adults moving in to the property. The admin fee is the first thing due when you decide you would like to rent a property through us, and this covers reference and credit checking, tenancy agreements & any other required legal documents,  all other agency fees and also acts as a holding deposit. There are no further charges for renewing tenancies after 6 months, nor are there any checking out fees or other hidden charges that some letting agents impose at various stages of a tenancy.

Our most common Administration Fee amounts, to be used as a guide only, are as follows:

Two Hundred Pounds (£200.00) +VAT if one adult
Or;
One Hundred & Fifty Pounds (£150.00) per adult, if two or more.

The arrangement fee is not refundable once referencing has commenced.

Deposit & Rent
If and when the tenancy has been agreed by the Landlord and our referencing agency then both the Deposit and Rent will become due. The Deposit varies from property to property, but is in most cases the equivalent of six weeks’ rent or one months’ rent +£100. In accordance with law all deposits are held in our Clients account and registered with the Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), for which you will receive a certificate proving this.

The amount of Rent due for the first month of tenancy will be dependent upon how many days remain in the calendar month. During a tenancy Rent, in full, is due on the first day of each calendar month and is payable by standing order or cheque.
