Fee Schedule

All fees listed below are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

Core Management Services

• Let Only Service: 90% (inc. VAT) of the first month's rent.
• Full Management Service: 12% (inc. VAT) of the monthly rent.
• Management Set-up Fee: £300 (inc. VAT) (Includes marketing, portal listings, and initial compliance checks).

Additional Services & Arrangement Fees

• Inventory Preparation: via an independent Third Party, from £90.00 depending on property size.
• Gas Safety Certificate Arrangement: we do not charge an arrangement fee.
• EICR (Electrical Safety) Arrangement: we do not charge an arrangement fee.
• EPC Arrangement: we do not charge an arrangement fee.
• Project Management of Major Works: from 5%of the total invoice cost (for works exceeding £1,000).

Please note that lettings agents are required by law to publish on their websites information for potential tenants about relevant fees, redress schemes and client money protection schemes (including the names of those schemes). Relevant fees must also be published on third party websites, such as OnTheMarket, Rightmove and Zoopla. For properties to rent in England, details of the agent’s membership of any redress scheme and client money protection scheme must also be published with their fees on OnTheMarket, Rightmove and Zoopla. It is the agent’s responsibility to ensure that all relevant information is provided to OnTheMarket, Rightmove and Zoopla and is up to date and accurate. If the relevant information does not appear here, the agent may have included it within the property description.
